Adult Evaluation and Review Services (AERS) provides an on-site professional, comprehensive evaluation by a registered nurse and social worker to assess an individual’s ability to handle the basic needs of daily living. The AERS team (social worker and nurse) provides a complete medical, psychosocial and environmental assessment. The individual is then referred to appropriate services.
