What is
the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program?
The program offers free clinical breast exams,
mammograms and Pap tests to women ages 40 to 64.
To be eligible for services you
must:
- Be a Maryland Resident
- Meet income guidelines
- Have no health insurance, or health insurance with a high deductible or one which does not cover screening services
How do I
apply for services?
If you think you may be eligible call 410-778-7970 to apply or download the
Intake Form.
The completed Intake Form can be emailed to
aedwards@dhmh.state.md.us

What if
there is something wrong with my mammogram
or Pap test?
If you have an
abnormal mammogram or Pap test test that needs
to have further work-up or diagnosis,
you may qualify for the State of
Maryland's Breast and Cervical Cancer
Diagnosis and Treatment Program. This
program is for anyone of any age for
diagnosis and treatment of breast and
cervical cancer only. For
