Home visiting and health assessment of all newborns.  Tracking and case management to ensure completion of immunizations, lead testing and the existence of a "medical home".

Lead Poisoning:  
Lead testing and case management services.

Immunizations:  
Immunizations for children without regular healthcare.  Wednesday 9am to Noon, no appointment necessary.  Call 410-778-1350 ext.7042 for more information.

Cost:  $7.00
